Let`s face it - with the likes of Call of Duty, Halo, Ghost Recon etc, dominating the war/action game genre; there is hardly any scope for small scale titles to succeed in the market. However, there are still a number of small scale games that have enjoyed considerable amount of success by virtue of their exciting storyline and addictive gameplay - Guerrilla War 1.0 being a perfect example of that trend. The game has been designed exclusively to cater to an action game fanatic’s lust for intense and thrilling action. Let`s find out what makes it such an addictive game with the potential to keep you glued to your computer screen for a prolonged period.
Guerrilla War 1.0 is a perfect example of how small scale action games should be designed- it has a balanced storyline, nice graphics, plenty of action but no gore or explicit imageries, which makes it suitable for people from all age groups. The game flaunts a pretty detailed and realistic graphics for a small scale title of its class. The soundtrack is however is monotonous to some extent. Your duty as the lead character in the game is to repulse the enemy forces from your territory. To achieve that goal, not only you require to neutralize the threat exerted by them, but also refrain their guerrilla forces from reaching the barricades that protect you and your team from enemy shooting. Despite being highly advanced and capable of keeping you engaged for long, Guerrilla War 1.0 has been made available for free of cost.
To conclude with, Guerrilla War 1.0 comes as a blessing for virtually any one with a taste for the action game genre. It has a nice graphics, exciting game play and much more. Hence it receives a score of three and a half rating points on the scale of five.
